- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/8 cup rice flour, 1 tbsp whole wheat flour, salt for taste and mix well
- Step 2 Knead into a semisoft dough using warm water as required
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 4 Cover and rest the dough
- Step 5 For the filling, heat a pan with 1 tsp coconut oil, add 1/4 tsp of each cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and saute it.
- Step 6 Add 2 tbsp boiled mashed sweet potato, 1/4 tsp of each turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, salt for taste and mix it well. Keep aside.
- Step 7 Divide into equal parts and roll it evenly
- Step 8 Place a spoonful of the filling, seal the edges and roll again
- Step 9 Heat a tava and roast using oil on both sides until light brown
- Step 10 Serve with curries or raita
