Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 2 tbsp rice flour,2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tbsp whole wheat flour,1 tbsp chopped spinach,1/8th tsp grated garlic,1/8th tsp grated ginger,1/4th tsp salt,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Step 2
Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.
- Step 3
Roll out the dough with rolling pin and roast on heated tawa till brown dots form.
- Step 4
Serve hot with subji.
