Rice Soy Coconut Paratha Recipe

Parathas can be made in a jiffy with simple ingredients and spices. Best eaten for any meal or can be packed in tiffin box.

20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Coconut Oil
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
30 Gm(30.0 gm) Soya Aata
2 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Rice Flour
  • In a bowl mix 2 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp soya flour, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp fresh grated coconut, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder.

  • Knead a semi soft dough using water as required.

  • Rest for 5 mins

  • Divide into equal sized balls, roll it into round shape.

  • Roast on a tawa using 1 tsp coconut oil till light brown.

  • Serve Hot
