Parathas can be made in a jiffy with simple ingredients and spices. Best eaten for any meal or can be packed in tiffin box.
In a bowl mix 2 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp soya flour, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp fresh grated coconut, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder.
Knead a semi soft dough using water as required.
Rest for 5 mins
Divide into equal sized balls, roll it into round shape.
Roast on a tawa using 1 tsp coconut oil till light brown.
