2 Mashed Tbsp(28.0 gm) Paneer
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Coconut Oil
1/8 Cup(22.0 gm) Rice Flour
20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
  • For Dough

    In a mixing bowl, take 1/8th cup rice flour, 1 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8th tsp salt.

  • Adding a little water knead it into a soft dough and keep aside.

  • For Paneer Filling

    In a pan heat, 1 tsp coconut oil add into the 1/4th tsp cumin seed, 1/4th tsp ginger garlic pastes saute it.

  • Add into the 2 tbsp mashed paneer, 1/4th tsp turmeric powder,1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1/4th tsp coriander powder,1/8th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, and mix it well. Keep aside.

  • Take the kneaded dough, roll it in balls, lightly coat it with flour and flatten them to make a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin.

  • Take the filling mixture and put it in the center. Covering from all sides makes it into a ball form with filling. Flatten and make it in a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin.

  • Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the paratha on it. Flip and spread 1 tsp oil on the paratha.

  • Allowing it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well.

  • Serve hot.
