For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl, take 1/8 cup rice flour, 1 tbsp whole wheat flour.
- Step 2 Adding a little water knead it into a soft dough and keep aside.

For Paneer Filling
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 tsp coconut oil, add 1/4 tsp cumin seed, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic pastes and saute it.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp mashed paneer, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1/4 tsp red chili powder,1/4 tsp coriander powder,1/8 tsp salt,1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, and mix it well. Keep aside.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 4 Take the kneaded dough, roll it in balls, lightly coat it with flour and flatten make a round paratha.
- Step 5 Take the filling mixture and put it in the center. Seal from all sides and roll out again.
- Step 6 Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the paratha on it. Flip and spread 1 tsp oil on the paratha.
- Step 7 Allowing it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
