1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Grated Tsp(0.5 gm) Garlic
1/8 Grated Tsp(0.22 gm) Ginger
2 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Rice Flour
  • In a bowl add 2 tbsp rice flour,2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tbsp whole wheat flour,1 tbsp chopped onion,1/8th tsp grated garlic,1/8th tsp grated ginger,1/4th tsp salt,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.

  • Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.

  • Roll out the dough with rolling pin and roast on heated tawa till brown dots form.

  • Serve hot with subji.
