1/2 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Butter
1/8 Tsp(0.43 gm) Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
2 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Maida
1 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Mayonnaise
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
1/8 Cup(17.0 gm) Rice Stick Pad Thai Noodles
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.4 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Grated Tsp(0.22 gm) Ginger
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Beet Root
  • For Beetroot Tortilla

    In a bowl add 2 tbsp maida,1 tbsp whole wheat flour1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp butter,1 tbsp Beetroot puree and mix it well.

  • Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.

  • Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from both sides.

  • For Noodles

    In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add into the 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8th tsp grated ginger and saute it well. Then add into the1/8th cup julienne onion,1/8th cup julienne carrot,1/8th cup julienne capsicum,1/8th cup julienne cabbage,1/4th tsp soya sauce,1/4th tsp black pepper powder 1/8th tsp salt and saute it well.

  • Add into the boiled rice noodles , mix well and add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion , mix it well.

  • Place beetroot tortilla and spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise and sauted noodle.

  • Roll it with a hand and serve
