Rice Kheer Recipe

Rice kheer is an Indian dessert which is very common in Indian. Rice can serve as a good source of B vitamins (thiamin, niacin, and riboflavin) and iron. Rice is also an excellent source of manganese and magnesium.

  • For making rice kheer

  • In a pan ,add 2 tsp ghee, add 2 tbsp cooked rice and mix it well, Then add 150 ml milk.

  • Garnish it with 2 tsp chopped kaju, 2 tsp chopped almond, 1 tsp raisin and add 1 tbsp sugar

  • Mix well, cover and let it simmer. Enjoy.
