Nutrition Information per serve
In a mixing bowl, add washed poha, 2 tbsp boiled & mashed raw banana, 1/2 cup chopped amaranth leaves, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp green chilli paste, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, mix everything well and make cutlets.
Heat 2 tsp oil, add cutlets and shallow fry till they turn golden brown.
