Rice Flakes Jaggery Ladoo Recipe

Poha is considered a good meal for diabetics as it controls blood sugar levels. It is a good probiotic food and a good source of healthy carbohydrates. It is easily digestible, very rich in iron and low in calories.

Nutritional info

4 Tbsp(44.0 gm) Poha
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Jaggery(Powder)
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond(Chopped)
1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a bowl, add 4 tbsp powdered poha

  • Add 1 tbsp jaggery powder

  • Add 1 tbsp ghee

  • Add 1 tsp chopped almonds

  • Mix it well

  • Make ladoos and serve it.
