Rice Dhokla Recipe

Want to make your dhokla unique make rice dhokla and high in energy and protein. It is simple, soft and spongy dhokla can be an ideal breakfast for kids too.

2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Urad Dal
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(0.94 gm) Ginger (Grated)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
As Required(25.0 ml) Water
  • For Mixture

    In a bowl add Dhokla batter, 1/2 tsp salt and Mix Well

  • Add 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Paste, 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger

  • Grease Plate

  • For Steaming

    Put Batter Plate in Steamer

  • Cover with Lid and Steam Well

  • Serve with Chutney
