- Step 1 Heat a pan, add water and bring it to a boil
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp salt and rice flour and mix it quickly
- Step 3 Keep stirring until all water is absorbed and a soft dough is formed
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 5 Take the dough in a plate, add 1 tbsp of grated coconut, 1/2 tsp coconut oil and knead until smooth
- Step 6 Divide into evensized balls and roll it to a round shape
- Step 7 Heat a tawa, place the tortilla and roast on both sides until light brown
- Step 8 Use it as a wrap for any filling of your choice
