Rice Coconut Tortilla Recipe

A tortilla is a piece of thin flatbread that first came from Mexico. These gluten-free Rice Coconut Tortillas are a good source of calcium, fibre and vitamins.

1 Grated Tbsp(6.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
1/4 Cup(45.0 gm) Rice Flour
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Coconut Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan add water and add 1/2 tsp coconut oil, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4th cup roasted rice flour mix well till water absorbs and cover for 5 minutes.

  • Knead the dough of this mixture and add 1 tbsp of grated coconut & make the balls out of it

  • Roll the balls and roast it on pan

  • Serve
