In a pan add water and add 1/2 tsp coconut oil, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4th cup roasted rice flour mix well till water absorbs and cover for 5 minutes.
Knead the dough of this mixture and add 1 tbsp of grated coconut & make the balls out of it
Roll the balls and roast it on pan
