1 Grated Tsp(7.0 gm) Dry Coconut
1/4 Cup(45.0 gm) Rice Flour
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
1/8 Powder Cup(20.0 gm) Jaggery
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Pista
1.5 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Ghee
  • For Rice Flour Mixture

    In a pan heat 1.5 tbsp ghee add 1/4th cup rice powder, roasted pista nut, grated coconut, and mix well.

  • For Jaggery Syrup

    In a pan add water as required,1/8th cup jaggery powder, mix and bring to a boil then switch off the flame.

  • Add rice flour mixture and combine it well.

  • Make a round shape pinni and serve
