20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
0.58 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Chana Dal
15 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
8.8 Ml(9.0 ml) Water
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Grated Tbsp(6.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
1 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Moong Dal
2 Number(0.22 gm) Kadi Patta
1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Tamarind
1/8 Tsp(0.28 gm) Jeera
  • In a grinder add boiled rice, soaked chana dal,1/8th tsp red chilly powder,1 tbsp grated coconut,1/8th tsp jeera,1/8th tsp tamarind,2 no kadi patta 1/4th tsp salt and grind in a thick paste.

  • Add 1 tbsp moong dal(do not soak) and grind once at low speed.

  • Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan then pour rice batter and spread it nicely.

  • Pierce a hole in the center, add 1/2 oil around and cook till golden in color.

  • Turn over and cook with more oil if necessary.

  • Serve Hot
