1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Rice
2 Grated Tbsp(14.0 gm) Broccoli
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tbsp(2.0 gm) Black Pepper
3 Tbsp(34.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
4 Egg Whole(180.0 gm) Egg
In a bowl, add 4 Eggs, 1/8 tsp back pepper powder, 1/8 tsp salt and 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk. Mix Well.
In Pan, add 1/2 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup chopped broccoli, cooked rice, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt
Saute it Well.
Add vegetable mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
Grease muffin mould with 1/2 tsp oil and put the mixture in mould
Bake at 180 Degree Celsius for 15 min
