Rice Broccoli Egg Muffin is a yummy dessert recipe, which can be baked at home. It can be a healthy snack for all day & for all age groups with a high protein and multivitamin mix.
Nutrition Information per serve
In a bowl, add 4 Eggs, 1/8 tsp back pepper powder, 1/8 tsp salt and 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk. Mix Well.
In Pan, add 1/2 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup chopped broccoli, cooked rice, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt
Saute it Well.
Add vegetable mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
Grease muffin mould with 1/2 tsp oil and put the mixture in mould
Bake at 180 Degree Celsius for 15 min
