  • Preparation

    In a mixing bowl prepare pancake batter by adding 1 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp besan, 1/8th tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp grated cucumber, 1 tbsp suji and mix well.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp Salt and mix again.

  • Now, to fry the pancakes heat a frying pan and pour a ladle full of prepare batter into the heated pan.

  • Add oil from the sides of pancake and cook, flip the pancake and cook from both sides.

  • Serve with your favorite chutney and ketchup.
