Steps
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl prepare pancake batter by adding 1 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp besan, 1/8 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp grated cucumber, 1 tbsp suji and mix well
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp Salt and mix again
- Step 3 Now, to fry the pancakes heat a frying pan and pour a ladle full of prepare batter into the heated pan
- Step 4 Add oil from the sides of pancake and cook, flip the pancake and cook from both sides
- Step 5 Serve with your favorite chutney and ketchup
