1/8 Cup(17.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
0.75 Cup(153.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Red Velvet Essence
1/8 Chopped Cup(23.0 gm) Jaggery
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.4 ml) Oil
30.0 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
In a pan add 1/8 cup whole wheat flour and roast it well.
Add 3/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1/8 tsp salt, melted jaggery, and 1 tsp red velvet essence and stir it continuously till the mixture comes to in thick texture.
Transfer the batter to a greased mold and set it in a refrigerator.
Cut into the Pieces and serve.
