Ingredients

- Step 1
For Fried Tofu
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan add 1/4 cup diced tofu and stir fry till light brown.
- Step 2
For Red Curry
Heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and saute until it turns golden brown.
- Step 3
Add 1/8 cup each of julienne onion and capsicum and saute well.
- Step 4
Add coconut milk made from mixing 1 tbsp coconut milk powder and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Step 5
Add 1 tbsp red Thai curry paste, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste and mix all the ingredients well, allowing the spices to blend into the curry.
- Step 6
Now, add the stirfried tofu, 3 torn basil leaves and mix well. Cover and cook for a few minutes.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
