Ingredients

- Step 1
For Fried Prawns
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan add 5 prawns and stir fry until cooked.
- Step 2
For Curry
Heat 1 tsp oil and add 1 tbsp chopped garlic.
- Step 3
Saute until it turns golden brown.
- Step 4
Now add 1/8 cup each of julienne onion and capsicum and saute well.
- Step 5
Next, add 1/2 cup of coconut milk and let it simmer gently.
- Step 6
Season with 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and add 1 tbsp red Thai curry paste.
- Step 7
Mix all the ingredients well, allowing the spices to blend into the curry.
- Step 8
Now, add the stirfried prawns and water as required.
- Step 9
Throw in a 3 basil leaves to garnish.
- Step 10
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 11
Mix well, cover with a lid & cook for at least 56 minutes more.
