- Step 1 Heat a pressure cooker with 1/2 tsp butter, add 1/4 tsp grated garlic, 2 black peppercorns, 1/8 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped tomato and saute it.
- Step 2 Add masoor dal, salt for taste and pour water as required
- Step 3 Cover the lid and pressure cook until 23 whistles
- Step 4 Using a blender, blend to a smooth texture
- Step 5 Add 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum and mix well
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot
- Step 7 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped pudina and serve warm
