1 Tsp(0.76 gm) Pudina
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Capsicum
1/4 Tsp(1.0 ml) Lemon Juice
70 Ml(70.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Chopped Cup(78.0 gm) Tomato
2 Number(0.18 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Grated Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/8 Chopped Cup(14.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Butter
1.5 Tbsp(18.0 gm) Masoor Dal
In a pressure cooker heat 1/2 tsp butter,1/4th tsp garlic,1/8th cup chopped onion, 2 no. black peppercorn and saute it nicely.
Add into the masoor dal, 1/2 cup chopped tomato,1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tsp chopped pudina, water as required, and pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
Cool down it and grind in a smooth consistency, then pour ground mixture in a kadhai and let it cook.
Add 1/4 tsp lemon juice and serve hot.
