- Step 1
Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a nonstick pan, add 1/4 tsp jeera and saute.

Add 1 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tbsp suji and roast until light brown.
- Step 3
Pour little water and mix well to avoid any lumps.
- Step 4
Simmer over low flame.
- Step 5
Pour buttermilk, 1/4 tsp salt and let it cook for a few minutes.
- Step 6
Serve the savory kheer.
