A simple and filling version of savory kheer. Its rich in Iron and fiber.
Churn the curd into buttermilk using water to medium consistency.
In a non stick pan, gently heat 1 tsp ghee.
Add 1/4th tsp jeera and let the seeds crackle.
Then add 1 tbsp ragi,1 tbsp suji and roast well.
Add a sufficient quantity of water and mix well.
Let the mix simmer to a gentle boil.
Now add buttermilk, 1/4th tsp salt and let it cook for a few minutes.
Serve prepared kheer in a bowl.
