- Step 1 Heat pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle.
- Step 2 Add 3 tbsp diced raw mango and saute
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chili powder and mix well
- Step 4 Add a little water and mix well
- Step 5 Cover and cook until mango is soft and all flavors meld together
- Step 6 Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 7 Serve hot
