Raw Mango Curry Recipe

This curry has the perfect blend of spice & sour flavors that makes it lip smacking one.

3 Tbsp(36.0 gm) Raw Mango (Diced)

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Jaggery (Powder)

1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil

As Required(20.0 ml) Water
  • Heat pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, allow it to crackle.

  • Then add 1/4th tsp jeera & saute well.

  • Then add 3 tbsp diced raw mango & saute well. Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, saute well.

  • Now add water & mix well.

  • Cover with lid, cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
