This curry has the perfect blend of spice & sour flavors that makes it lip smacking one.
Heat pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, allow it to crackle.
Then add 1/4th tsp jeera & saute well.
Then add 3 tbsp diced raw mango & saute well. Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, saute well.
Now add water & mix well.
Cover with lid, cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
