Very easy and flavorful vegetable to serve for lunch or dinner. Include raw banana in your meals since they are low in sodium, including various essential vitamins and minerals like potassium and dietary fiber.
In a heated pan add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp chopped garlic.
Saute this for 2 min.
To this add 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder and 1/2 cup diced banana,
Mix all ingredients well and add water as required.
Now add 1/8th tsp salt and allow it to simmer for 23 min.
Now add 1/5th tbsp grated coconut, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Cook well for 35 min.
Serve it hot with rice or chapati.
