Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp chopped garlic and saute for a minute
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 cup diced banana,
- Step 3
Mix all ingredients, ad a little water to cook.
- Step 4
Add 1/8 tsp salt for taste and simmer for 23 min.
- Step 5
Add 1.5 tbsp grated coconut and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 7
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8
Serve it hot with rice or chapati.
