Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add crushed garlic, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/2 cup chopped plantain stem and saute.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp sambhar powder, 1/8 tsp salt for taste and water for cooking.
- Step 3
Cover and cook until banana stem softens.
- Step 4
Add coconut paste and simmer for a minute
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 6
Garnish with 1.5 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
