Raw Banana Methi Sabji Recipe

1/4 Diced Cup(42.0 gm) Raw Banana
1/2 Chopped Cup(26.0 gm) Methi Leaves
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • Pressure cook 1/4th raw banana for 2 whistles, cut into cubes and keep aside.

  • Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/4th tsp jeera and 1/4th tsp rai. Allow to crackle.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped green chilly, 1/4th cup raw banana and saute until golden.

  • Add 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi and 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves. Mix well.

  • Close the lid and cook for 12 min on low flame.

  • Serve hot with chapatti.
