- Step 1 On a cutting board, place the ravas fish and marinate with 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp salt and 2 tsp kokum syrup.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Heat 2 tsp oil in a nonstick pan.
- Step 4 Dip fish in 3 tsp suji evenly and shallow fry in the pan until well cooked and turns light brown in color on both sides.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
