Ravas Fish Curry With Oil Recipe

Rawas fish contains essential protein and folate that promote growth and help maintain muscle tissue mass. Best served with rice, this dish is wholesome and delicious.

1.0 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli
0.13 Tsp(0.18 gm) Garam Masala
0.13 Tsp(0.21 gm) Dhania Powder
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
100.0 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add 3 tbsp chopped onion, 3 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute it well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp dhania powder and saute it well.

  • Add enough water for the gravy.

  • Add 1 ravas fish slice, mix and simmer.

  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

  • Cook it well.

  • Serve it hot with rice.
