Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp dhania powder and saute it well.
- Step 3
Add required water for the gravy.
- Step 4
Add 120 gm ravas fish slice, mix and simmer.
- Step 5
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and cook it well.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 7
Serve it hot with rice.
