- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp rava, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tsp chopped onion and 1/8 tsp salt
- Step 2 Pour in some water and mix it well for a smooth and thick batter
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut
- Step 4 Cover and rest the batter for 5 minutes
- Step 5 Add water if required to adjust the consistency
- Step 6 Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of batter and spread it evenly
- Step 7 Add oil and cook the uttapam on both sides
- Step 8 Serve hot with coconut chutney
