As Required(110.0 ml) Water
  • First, dry roast the rava.

  • Next, heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.

  • Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp urad dal and let it crackle.

  • Then add 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 3 kadi patta, 1/2 tsp chana dal and 1.5 tbsp of chopped onion.

  • Saute all the ingredients well.

  • Season with 1/8 tsp salt or as per taste.

  • Add roasted rava and water and mix well.

  • Cover the pan with a lid to cook.

  • Cook until the water evaporates.

  • Finally, garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
