For Dosa
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup suji, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, water as required and mix well. Keep aside.
- Step 2 On a heated pan, pour a ladle of the prepared batter.
- Step 3 Spread the batter evenly and roast with 1 tsp oil.
- Step 4 Flip and roast until cooked completely on both sides.

For Sambhar
- Step 1 Add 1/2 tbsp tamarind pulp, 2 drumsticks, 1/8 cup diced capsicum, 1/8 cup diced brinjal, 1/8 cup chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp sambhar powder, 1/8 tsp salt, water as required, mix, cover & cook well.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp haldi, boiled tur dal, mix and cook well
- Step 3 For tadka, heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 dry red chilli, 3.5 kadi patta and saute well.
- Step 4 Add tadka to the sambhar, 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp grated fresh coconut and mix well.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mixed white and black sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Serve dosa with sambhar
