Rava pancake is a healthy energy dense and fibre rich option for breakfast or evening snack.
Take a pan and heat 1 tsp butter.
Add 2 tbsp rajgira flour, 2 tbsp suji and roast until it turns light brown in color.
Add 1 cup milk and stir constantly to avoid lumps.
Add 1 tsp sugar & mix well.
Garnish with chopped nuts.
Serve hot or chilled.
