1 Cup(204.0 ml) Milk

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
  • Take a pan and heat 1 tsp butter.

  • Add 2 tbsp rajgira flour, 2 tbsp suji and roast until it turns light brown in color.

  • Add 1 cup milk and stir constantly to avoid lumps.

  • Add 1 tsp sugar & mix well.

  • Garnish with chopped nuts.

  • Serve hot or chilled.
