- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp suji, 1 tsp rice flour, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut.
- Step 2
Add water to form a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
- Step 3
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp urad dal, 1/8 tsp jeera, 4 kadi patta and mix.
- Step 4
Add the tempering to the batter and mix well.
- Step 5
In a pan, pour a ladle of the batter and roast with 1/4 tsp oil.
- Step 6
Flip the pancake gently and cook on the other side.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
