1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1/8 Tsp(0.45 gm) Black Urad Dal

1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Jeera

1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
  • In a bowl, add 2 tbsp suji, 1 tsp rice flour, 1 tbsp curd, 1/4th tsp salt, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut and enough water

  • Mix it well

  • Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan

  • Add 1/8th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp black urad dal, 1/8th tsp jeera, 4 kadi patta, saute it well

  • Add the tempering to batter

  • Mix it well

  • Pour a ladle of the batter

  • Roast with 1/4th tsp oil

  • Flip the pancake and cook on the other side

  • Serve it hot.
