A instant way to make your delicious appams. This hot, steamy appams are perfect breakfast option.
In a mixing bowl, add 5 tbsp suji, 1/4th cup curd, 1/4th tsp salt, a little water and mix well.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil. Add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, 3 kaddi patta, 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1/4th tsp hing and stir.
Add the tempering to the batter and mix well.
Take the mould and brush it with 1 tsp oil.
Fill the moulds with the batter and flatten evenly.
Cover and allow the steam to cook the appams.
Flip and cook both side equally.
Serve hot with sauce.
