- Step 1 In a bowl, add 5 tbsp suji, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Pour a little water to form a semithick batter and keep aside.
- Step 4 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 3 kaddi patta, 1 tbsp chopped onions, and 1/4 tsp hing, and saute for a minute.
- Step 5 Add the tempering to the batter and mix well.
- Step 6 Heat the appam mould and brush it with 1 tsp oil.
- Step 7 Fill each mould with a spoonful of batter.
- Step 8 Cover and cook over medium flame
- Step 9 Flip and cook both sides till crisp and brown.
- Step 10 Serve hot with any chutney or sauce.
