For Wonton Stuffing
- Step 1 In a bowl add cooked rajma, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and salt for taste
- Step 2 Mix everything well and set aside

For Wonton
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp oil and mix well
- Step 2 Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 3 Divide the dough into equal parts and roll each to a round shape
- Step 4 Place a small spoonful of the bean filling in the center of each round
- Step 5 Fold the dough to form a dumpling shape, pinching the edges tightly to seal.

For Soup
- Step 1 Heat a pan with water as required and bring it to a boil
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped celery stalk, 1/4 tsp garlic paste, salt for taste and corn flour slurry
- Step 3 Simmer for 2 minutes until it thickens
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger
- Step 5 Gently drop the wontons to the simmering broth
- Step 6 Cook over low flame until the wontons are tender
- Step 7 Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 8 Ladle the soup into bowls, ensuring each bowl gets some wontons.
- Step 9 Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot
