For Wonton Stuffing
In a mixing bowl add boiled mashed rajma, 1/4 tsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well
In a mixing bowl add 1/8 cup maida,1/8 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp oil, water as required and knead into the dough.
Roll out the dough using a rolling pin in square shape and cut it into the small squares sheet.
Add stuffing on the square sheet and cover it with another sheet. Then give a shape of wonton.
In a pan add water,1 tbsp chopped celery stalk, rajma wonton, 1/8 cup chopped spinach, 1/8 tsp salt and cook it well.
