Rajma Tomato Kadhi Recipe

2.0 Tsp(5.0 gm) Besan
1/4 Chopped Cup(39.0 gm) Tomato
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
4.0 Number(0.44 gm) Kadi Patta
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly
0.13 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
150.0 Ml(150.0 ml) Water
  • Soak and boil 1 tbsp rajma and keep aside.

  • Make puree of 1/4th cup chopped tomato and keep aside.

  • Mix 2 tsp besan in 2 tbsp water. Keep aside.

  • In a kadhai, heat 2 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp hing, 4 kadi patta, 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste and saute well.

  • Once mixed, add tomato puree, boiled rajma, besan mixture and mix well

  • Then add water and mix well again.

  • Finally add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp red chilly powder and mix well.

  • Serve hot.
