- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until onion turns to golden brown.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp tomato ketchup, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp
- Step 3 red chilli powder, salt as per taste and saute well.
- Step 4 Add mashed black rajma and mix well.
- Step 5 Take boiled egg white halves and fill the mixture of black rajma.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice.
- Step 7 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8 Serve
