This sandwich if filled with delicious rajma masala, its a perfect wholesome breakfast rich in fiber and protein.
In a kadhai, heat 2 tsp butter, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp chopped onion, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp mango powder, 1 tbsp boiled black rajma beans, 1 tsp chopped mint leaves and mix well.
Take 2 no. Slices bread, apply the mixture, add 2 tsp chopped capsicum.
Serve with sauce.
