Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a pan, add 2 tsp butter, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute until soft
- Step 2
Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 tsp mango powder
- Step 3
Add cooked rajma, 1 tsp chopped mint leaves and mix everything well
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 5
Cook for a minute, turn off the heat and let it cool
- Step 6
Take 2 bread slices, add the cooked rajma mixture and top it up with 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
- Step 7
Cover with another bread slice and cut into half
- Step 8
Serve with ketchup
