1.0 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato

1.0 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion

1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.76 gm) Pudina

1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger

1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera

0.13 Powder Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly

In a kadhai, heat 2 tsp butter, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp mango powder, 1 tbsp boiled black rajma beans, 1 tsp chopped mint leaves and mix well.
Take 2 no. slices bread, apply the mixture, add 2 tbsp chopped capsicum.
Serve with sauce.
