Whole Wheat Rajma Kebab Wrap Recipe

Rajma Kebabs are very flavorful and healthy. Rajma is a protein and fiber rich legume. Kebabs when added to wraps makes a yummy and fulfilling snack.

1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp(0.82 gm) Dhania Powder
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly Powder
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Papaya(Grated)
2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Besan
1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
11/2tbsp(12.0 gm) Onion(Chopped)
1.5 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Rajma
0.2 Tsp(0.89 gm) Salt
79.3 Ml(79.0 ml) Water
10 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
1/8 Julienne Cup(14.0 gm) Onion
1/8 Julienne Cup(12.0 gm) Cabbage
1/4 Tsp(0.48 gm) Chaat Masala
  • In a bowl add mashed rajma, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp besan,1 tsp grated raw papaya, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp jeera.

  • Mix all ingredients well and make into tikki shape.

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry this kebab.

  • Take 1 roti, place the rajma kebab, add 1/8 cup 1/8 cup julienne onion, 1/8 cup julienne cabbage, sprinkle 1/4 tsp chaat masala.

  • Wrap roti around the mixture and serve hot.
