For Rajma Kebab
- Step 1 In a bowl add soaked and mashed rajma, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp besan,1 tsp grated raw papaya, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/2 tsp jeera.
- Step 2 Mix all ingredients well and make kebabs
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Heat 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry this kebab.

For Wrap
- Step 1 Next in a bowl knead 30g wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt and water into a soft dough.
- Step 2 Roll out into a round roti and cook with 1 tsp oil on a tawa.
- Step 3 Now take the roti, place the rajma kebab on it, add 1/8 cup julienne onion, 1/8 cup julienne green cabbage and sprinkle 1/4 tsp chaat masala.
- Step 4 Wrap the roti around the mixture and serve hot.
