In a bowl add mashed rajma, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp besan,1 tsp grated raw papaya, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp jeera.
Mix all ingredients well and make into tikki shape.
Heat 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry this kebab.
Take 1 roti, place the rajma kebab, add 1/8 cup 1/8 cup julienne onion, 1/8 cup julienne cabbage, sprinkle 1/4 tsp chaat masala.
Wrap roti around the mixture and serve hot.
