1/2 Chopped Cup(27.0 gm) Palak
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Tsp(0.76 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/2 Tsp(0.55 gm) Oregano
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
2.0 Tsp(7.0 gm) Rajma
70.0 Ml(70.0 ml) Water
20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan at a low flame. Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 4 tbsp pureed spinach and sauté it.

  • Add boiled rajma, mix properly and then add little water.

  • Once it starts to simmer, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly flakes along with 1/2 tsp oregano and mix well.

  • Serve hot.
