Simply seasoned with spices, this rajma and spinach soup is packed with protein and iron. In spite of containing basic ingredients available in every kitchen, this soup is spicy, colourful and full of flavour. The blend of vegetables makes it super healthy, and the rajma make is protein-rich and satiating.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan at a low flame. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th cup pureed spinach and sauté.
Put in boiled rajma, mix properly and then add a little water.
Once it starts to simmer, add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli flakes along with 1 tsp oregano and mix well.
