- Step 1 In a bowl, add drained rajgira, 1/4 cup boiled mashed sweet potato, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1/3 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tsp jeera, 2 tsp white til, salt as per taste and mix all well. Add water as required so that the mixture is not too dry.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding amchur.
- Step 3 In a nonstick pan, heat 1 ½ tsp oil, add a spoonful of batter, and spread it.
- Step 4 Roast it from both sides till crispy and golden.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
