1.0 Cup(200.0 ml) Almond Milk
2.0 Powder Tbsp(16.0 gm) Almond
2.0 Powder Tbsp(20.0 gm) Cashewnut
2.0 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Sugar
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.24 gm) Green Elaichi
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a pan, heat 2 tsp ghee, add 2 tbsp rajgira flour and roast it well

  • Add the prepared almond powder and cashew nut powder and roast it well

  • Add 1 cup almond milk, 1.5 tbsp sugar, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and allow to thicken

  • Serve it hot.
