- Step 1
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp rajgeera flour, 2 tbsp suji, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped onions and mix well
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 3
Season with 1/4 tsp salt and pour in some water to adjust the batter consistency
- Step 4
Heat a pan, pour a ladle of the batter and spread it evenly.
- Step 5
Add oil and roast the dosa on both sides until crisp and golden brwon
- Step 6
Serve hot dosa with mint chutney.
