- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp butter and roast 2 tbsp banana slices until soft.
- Step 2 In another pan, heat 1 tsp ghee, add 1.5 tbsp rajgira flour and roast until it turns light brown.
- Step 3 Gradually pour in water and keep stirring for a smooth texture.
- Step 4 Add 1 tsp sugar and mix well
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts
- Step 6 Once the porridge thickens, add roasted banana and mix well.
- Step 7 Serve warm or chilled.
