- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup sugar powder, 4 tbsp oil, and whisk well.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, 1/3 cup wheat flour, 1/4 cup wheat bran, 1 tbsp chopped walnuts, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix well.
- Step 3 Add 1.5 tbsp black raisins and mix well.
- Step 4 Add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix & fold the batter.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding bluberries.
- Step 6 Pour the batter into the muffin mould.
- Step 7 Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15 mins.
