In a pan, add 2 tsp olive oil, 3 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped celery, 1/8th cup diced carrot and saute well.
Add 1/8th cup diced tomato, 1/8th cup pasta, water cover and let it simmer.
Now, add 1/2 cup kale leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
