1/4 Boiled Cup(39.0 gm) Peas
1/2 Boiled Diced Cup(83.0 gm) Potato
3 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Ragi Sevai
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/2 Grated Tsp(0.94 gm) Ginger
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1/2 cup boiled potato, 1/4 cup boiled peas & 1/8th tsp salt. Mash all the ingredients well.
Shape them in cutlets & coat the cutlets in roasted vermicelli.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil & shallow fry the cutlets.
Serve hot.
