For Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp ghee, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp chopped green chili,1/4 cup chopped cabbage,1/8 cup chopped carrot and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp tomato ketchup,1/8 tsp vinegar, mix well and cook.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.

For Wrap
- Step 1 Add 1/8 cup ragi flour, 1/8 cup whole wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp ghee and mix it well.
- Step 2 Add water as required and knead into a dough. Roll out into a sheet.
- Step 3 Cut into small circles, add the mixture in the center, pinch and seal the edges to make a momo shape.
- Step 4 In a steamer, put the momos on a plate. Cover and steam till done.
- Step 5 Serve.
