For Mixture
In a pan, heat 1/2th tsp ghee, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp chopped green chili paste,1/4th cup chopped cabbage,1/8th cup choppped carrot and saute it well.
Add 1/8th tsp Salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp tomato ketchup,1/8th tsp white vinegar,1 tbsp chopped spring onion,mix well and cook.

For Wrap
In 1/8th cup ragi flour, 1/8th cup whole wheat flour, 1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp ghee and mix it well.
Add water as required and knead into dough. Roll out on a rolling pin.
Cut into small circles and add the mixture to Seal.
In a steamer, put the momo on a plate. Cover & steam till done.
Serve.
