Melt 2 tbsp butter
- Step 2
Grease mould with 1/8 tsp butter
- Step 3
In a mixing bowl add 1/8 cup ragi flour,1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp jaggery powder,1/4 tsp baking powder,1/8 tsp baking soda,1/8 tsp salt and combine all ingredients.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, melted butter and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and whisk it well.
- Step 5
Pour batter into greased mould and bake at 180 degree for 30 minutes.
- Step 6
Serve.
