1/8 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/8 Flour Cup(12.0 gm) Ragi
2.0 Powder Tbsp(21.0 gm) Jaggery
1/8 Tsp(0.5 gm) Butter
1/4 Tsp(0.83 gm) Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Cup(51.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
0.1 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.64 gm) Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp(0.89 gm) Baking Powder
  • In a mixing bowl add 1/8 cup ragi flour,1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp jaggery powder,1/4 tsp baking powder,1/8 tsp baking soda,1/8 tsp salt and combine all ingredients.

  • Add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, melted butter, and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and whisk it well.

  • Pour batter into greased mould and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

  • Serve.
