  • In a bowl add 1/8 cup ragi flour,1/8 cup whole wheat flour,1/4 tsp semolina,1 tbsp hot ghee, melted jaggery water and knead into the dough.

  • Roll out dough with a rolling pin and cut in a Shankarpale shape with knife.

  • Heat oil in a kadhai and deepfry shankarpale till crisp.

  • Serve.
